Followthelight was created to exercise truth to the people. A place where the people can expect Followthelight being trustworthy. We are committed to helping people in need accordingly if we are able. Followthelight will gain your trust through our actions and transparency. We will never be perfect but we will do our best to help starting with kids whose health has been compromised one at a time.

Our Mission and Vision at FollowThelight:

Our mission is to help families who have a child that is struggling and suffering due to health complications by illness or disability. The vision is to establish a system for the people to acquire information and services by truth without manipulated variables that only benefit Followthelight. Our goal is to help each other. Followthelight will help in accordance with affiliations and funds available. We will also provide knowledge and wisdom through our experiences in life to assist on your journey.

When your child is affected by medical conditions or a disability it can be devastating. They need our help, we are here to help.

Our Services

  • Followthelight will share your child's journey and story afflicted by his/her illness or disability to possibly help other families with similar challenges.
  • The children sponsored will obtain what he/she needs based on availability of funds and resources. The goal is to bring joy and comfort to your child.
  • Guidance toward improving mental and physical health. We are not licensed medical professionals therefore follow up with a licensed physician and specialists as needed.
  • Product and item availability in our store for purchase to help fund the children Followthelight will work with.

Clothing

Followthelight clothing is designed to encourage and influence people to live by truth by being themselves without the need of approval. Clothing will consist of quality materials for comfortability. Men's and Women's items will be sold at online store, limited availability. Each item sold will have proceeds go to sponsorship of a child.

Raffles

Followthelight will host raffles consisting of a variety of items primarily shoes. Raffles will range from $1-$10. Raffle winners can choose any item based on raffle purchase amount on selected items. Raffle winners will be announced on social media and online shop website.

A signed disclaimer form and proof of identity will be needed. Any illegal activity, crimes, threats, scamming, etc will be reported to proper authorities in accordance with city and state laws and regulations. Serious inquiries only please.

Followthelight Transparency

As one of the founders, I began experiencing debilitating health issues which began January 31, 2019. Worst thing I’ve ever felt, nearly died. As of recent, symptoms are progressively worsening and it’s difficult, the suffering. Physically and mentally draining. Seen by many doctors and specialists with no diagnosis as of yet. The Healthcare system in California is flawed, I can speak by experience. Very difficult to find doctors who care about your well being and eager to find solutions to help overall health accurately. Many Doctors just prescribe medications or order unnecessary tests and procedures without careful and thorough examination for the patients best interests. Many doctors dismiss patient’s symptoms for early detection and as time passes the health issues become serious health problems because of lack of attention. A patient with a complex health issue needs a team of specialists to work together and communicate properly with each other to help the patient with a diagnosis and a plan to cure, improve, or slowing the progression of the disease. Pay close attention and ask questions about your health. Always log what doctors are stating, document and ask for after visit summary of doctor visits. File complaints through the medical board provided by the state if needed. There are many things I can say against the healthcare system and other entities through documentation and facts but the truth is, we need to find solutions and execute actions to help the people in need, starting with the children one at a time. This is the reason for Followthelight. To locate those doctors and specialists who truly care. To develop a plan to obtain funds to pay for proper medical care. To help people expedite their medical necessities. To bring comfort to the people we help knowing that Followthelight will do its best for the individual being sponsored. In closing, Followthelight to me represents God. The Lord Jesus Christ which is The Light, The Truth, to me. This is not to convince you or disrespect your beliefs or faith in any way if you have any. Everyone has a choice. As long as it’s who you really are in this physical reality happening in real time, I respect that but it doesn’t imply that I have to agree with you and your choices.
